In our specially designed steel shop, you'll find highly qualified fitters and welders working alongside a dedicated quality-control team. This pairing of skill and our supervision allows us to produce vast amounts of steel efficiently and economically.
Our welding processes include GMAW, FCAW, SMAW, SAW, and GTAW throughout our facilities with ASME "S" and "U" stamps, NBIC "R" stamp, CWB W47.1 and other quality certifications.
ParFab’s fabrication and field services teams readily mobilize manpower and resources to quickly spring into action when disaster hits. ParFab provides turnkey construction, specialty-welding, fabrication, and turnaround services to safely expedite and ensure our customers return to full operations with minimized plant downtime.
ParFab’s Emergency Services teams are readily available to serve you through our Geismar, Louisiana; Baytown and Port Arthur, Texas and Inola, Oklahoma.
Our experienced Team of ASME Code Qualified Pipe Welders are capable of making restrictive and non-restrictive welds on all alloys while maintaining a very low repair rate. You could easily call the coil and pipe area the heart of our shop.
With the combination of our highly skilled Tig welders and talented support staff, we produce a tremendous amount of quality welds on a daily basis.
We offer industrial coatings to meet a wide range of customer needs. From interior linings such as coal tar epoxy and mastics, to virtually any exterior industrial coatings, our customers stay confident that the project needs can be met.
Indoor facilities insure that weather does not hinder our quality or production.
Before painting begins, each project is sent through our 4,800 sq. ft. blast booth, complete with a full steel shot recovery system that can operate 24 hours a day
Our Inola, Oklahoma facility is equipped with a 14’x 24’x 40’ tall tower for Vibra-Cast refractory installation with a floor designed for up to a 500,000 lb load capacity.
Our insulation team can fill a vast array of insulation needs including conventional gunned, ceramic fiber, ceramic modules, brick installation and thermal dry-outs. We can complete any job from the anchor system to installation, and rigidizer if required.
Our knowledgeable team is skilled in gunning & casting virtually any shop mix or pre bagged castable on the market. 99% of all our castable is applied indoors in a spacious, climate-controlled environment. We can also provide thermal dry-out if needed.
For more than 20 years, ParFab has provided certified ASME coils that are built and tested per ASME and National Boiler and Pressure Vessel code requirements for the petrochemical, refining, renewable, syngas and energy industries.
Team ParFab is experienced and provides excellent craftsmanship in both restricted and non-restricted welding procedures including exotic alloy materials when necessary for specialty equipment needs.
