Laurence Anderson's background in the energy and power generation sector includes vice president roles at GE Power Systems (GE Energy) and Alstom Power. Most recently, Anderson co-founded APR Energy and held the positions of president, chief operating officer and chief executive officer. Over a 12-year period with APR, he negotiated multiple capital transactions and business acquisitions which helped to facilitate significant growth and ultimately a Public Listing in 2011. He believes there is vast potential in ParFab's current service offerings and capabilities. Most importantly, customer focus remains an integral part of the process, while the game plan is to look for expansion opportunities that capitalize on the expert service and quality products that ParFab has been providing since it was founded. Anderson intends to continue ParFab's global initiative by building on its current capabilities and to further its field operations to better serve current customers with both American and international enterprises.
Dale Williams began in his career in the steel industry over 40 years ago, working in various Tulsa area steel shops as a floor employee to garner insight and experience related to all facets of steel fabrication. Just five years later, he opened his own steel shop to manufacture small heaters for the petroleum industry. After selling his business, a local startup steel fabrication shop sought out Williams’ expertise, hiring him to oversee all employee acquisition, facility development, process implementation, procedure development and subcontracts. In 2002, Williams joined ParFab Industries as a partner; quickly assembling a handpicked team of 45 employees he trusted would help elevate this company to greater heights. It marked the beginning of his journey to create what is now widely recognized as a world-class organization within the steel industry. Today, ParFab’s capabilities have expanded to include field erection and maintenance for the petrochemical, petroleum, syngas and energy industry.
Mike Vance began his career over 23 years ago in the steel fabrication industry. Starting out in the fabrication shop working as general labor, Mike worked his way up through the company to an estimator, a project manager, and then working in sales. In 2004, Mike joined the ParFab group to lead the sales and estimating efforts to help grow the company. As his knowledge and skill set increased, he was able to become plant manager, ultimately leading him to his current role with the company. As Sr. Vice President, Mike has been an integral part of the success of ParFab as he brings knowledge and skills from every aspect of the steel fabrication business, as well as an honest and up-front approach to all situations. Mike graduated from Northern State University with a Bachelor Degree in Education
Alvin Moore brings more than 32 years of experience in the Energy, Refining and Petrochemical Industries to ParFab. Alvin came up through the ranks working as a Pipefitter and Welder for many years before getting into management roles. Prior to partnering with ParFab in 2009 to start ParFab Field Services, he was the Operations Manager at InServ -Integrated Service Company (formally Cust-O-Fab Service Company) which specialized in Fired Heater and Reformer work, he was there for almost 15 years. As Sr. Vice President, Alvin manages oversight of all operations reviewing project bids, contracts, contract negotiations, payables and receivables, along with monitoring projects during execution.
Frank Wolfe brings over 23 years of experience in the Energy, Refining, Syngas, and Petrochemical Industries to ParFab. Frank began his career in this industry with InServ -Integrated Service Company (formally Cust-O-FabService Company) he was an integral part of the business development operation, domestically and internationally, and was a key factor in the successful growth of the company. In 2009, Frank partnered with ParFab to help start the Field Service division. Since the inception of this partnership, he has successfully developed and increased the sales revenue for the company. As Sr. Vice President, Frank lead the sales efforts to turn the field service division from a start up to a successful organization. As a hands on, team-oriented leader, Frank helps his team and those around him to ensure the success of ParFab Companies. Frank graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor Degree in Business Finance & Marketing.
JT Miller began his career over 32 years ago in the Refining and Petrochemical Industries. Starting out his career as a welder and working his way up the ranks, JT grew in skill and knowledge allowing him to open his own specialty piping shop. After growing the shop and selling, he joined a Fired Heater and Reformer company to successfully manage and oversee projects from inception to mechanical completion. In 2009, JT partnered with ParFab to help start the Field Service Division. As the Sr. Vice President, JT has not only been an integral part of every field project ParFab has performed, but has also been involved in the sales effort helping to successfully grow the ParFab Field Service division.

Will Parker has more than 35 years of experience in the refinery and petrochemical industries to ParFab, Will brings a vast amount of refinery and petrochemical industry knowledge to the table. Will has helped in successfully realigning the Marketing and Sales efforts alongside the Operations Group to work as a team, focused solely on customer satisfaction and increasing the customer base. Will helped drive the initiative for a strong culture that understands the impact that safety, quality and productivity have on customer relations and businesses. Will graduated from the University of North Texas (UNT) with a Bachelor of Science degree in Education.

Billy Martin leads an outstanding team that is some of the industry’s leading executives and managers. With over 23 years of experience in the construction industry, Billy has a vast wealth of knowledge pertaining to turnaround / outage work, the start-up and maintenance of mechanical equipment, refining, chemical process units, and the petrochemical industry in general. Billy is widely considered to be a hands-on manager, with experience as a business owner, manager, and supervisor. Billy is an accomplished manager who considers each project a reflection of his competency.
